Working from a base of ‘unused’ ideas, a program was developed – designed to fill identified innovation gaps in the client’s global portfolio. This began with the creation of a curated insight foundation which underpinned live-illustrated co-creation sessions with ‘pro-sumers’ and Colgate employees. We led ideation, tackling the biggest product challenges and key activation opportunities – creating and refining an additional 20 concepts, and ultimately leading to realized products on shelves.
